Friday, May 10, 2024 | 5:30-7:30 p.m.

We will be bringing back all of your favorite games and fair foods and we need your help with volunteers, prizes and raffle items to make the night a success!

VOLUNTEERS: We can’t pull this off without you - we are
looking for 80+ volunteers to make this a success!

2-4 hour slots for all activities, food, games & ticketing. Sign up form coming. Keep an eye out! Sign up solo or with a friend to enhance your fun & our reach for this awesome community building event.

RAFFLE ITEMS: We need your donations!

Please consider donating to your classroom basket. You should have received a letter from your classroom basket coordinator with additional details. Donations can be dropped off in the

classroom with your student through Monday, May 1st.

 

CARNIVAL PRIZES: Help make the games a success!

The dessert and cereal walks are two of our favorite and most attended games. Please consider contributing to help continue these festivities! Please check below for your grade levels suggested donation, and return items to school by Thursday, May 9th.

 

  • Kindergarten & 1st Grade – Box of Cereal

  • 2nd Grade – Bag of Individually Wrapped Candy Prizes

  • 3rd & 4th Grade – Bakery Item for Dessert Walk

(Store purchased, please! A small cake, 6 cupcakes, a box of Little Debbie’s or a dozen cookies will do! Please note expiration dates on perishable food items.)

 You can purchase both raffle basket tickets and game/food tickets using this link. Your pre-sale tickets can be picked up May 6th (if purchased before that date) or will be delivered to your student’s teacher on Friday, May 10th.

Ticket lines are LONG day of - save time and order ahead!

How to pre-order:
We will track your pre-sale ticket orders and we
need the following info to make sure we get you the
correct tickets. When you send your ticket price
total via Venmo include in the note:


1. Child’s last name & Teacher
2. # of raffle versus # of food & games tickets you are purchasing
3. Your First & Last Name, phone number & email please!


Cost breakdown:
Game & Food tickets are only 25¢ each!

Raffle Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5!
